Powder Spraying Coating Machine is specially designed for canbody welded seam spraying. Thanks to the foreign advanced spraying coating technology which makes the structure novel, stable and reliable coating system, easily operation, applicability extensive and cost-effective. For example, the pneumatic component from Japan SMC company, PLC (programmable logic controller) and the touching control panel from Japan Omron, which make our system more stable and reliable.

With the Electrostatic adsorption theory, the machine sprays the plastic powder onto the welded seam on the can body, then the plastic powder is heated to be melted down by the drying oven to form a plastic protective layer (polyester or epoxy resin). On the basis of static absorbing theory, the powder spraying machine can make the plastic protective layer to cover the welded seam surface equably and completely following its surface shape, so the welded seam will be protected to be eroded by the can content. Meanwhile the plastic powder possess the inherent characteristic of high resistance to all kinds of solvent and sulfur,acid,high protein inside the food, the plastic powder can be applied to contain various kinds of content with those characteristic. Besides of that, the remaining powder can be recycled so it makes environment friendly and lower material consumption. 粉末喷涂机是利用静电将塑胶粉末喷涂在罐身焊缝上，经烘箱加热将固体粉末熔化烘干后在焊缝上形成一层塑胶保护膜（聚脂或环氧树脂）。由于粉末在喷涂时利用静电吸附的原理能按照焊缝的具体形状完全、均匀地覆盖在焊缝上的高低结合面，因此能很好的保护焊缝不受内容物的腐蚀；同时，由于树脂粉对各种化学溶剂及食品内的硫、酸、高蛋白都具有很高的耐腐蚀性，使得粉末喷涂适用于各种不同内容物；又因为粉末喷涂后多余的粉末采用循环回收、再次使用的原理，使得粉末利用率高，是目前焊缝保护的不二选择，是目前市场上高质量的制罐设备。
